We process appointment-request information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement. We do not use this information for marketing, profiling, or automated decisions.
Storage and recipients
Appointment requests are hosted in the European Union by Hostinger, acting as a data processor. We retain an unconverted appointment request for 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. We may use an email-service provider when replying to you. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal data, and receive a copy of data you provided. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Security
